HR Green is an initiative of the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission (HRPDC), which encourages environmental stewardship among all residents in the 16 southeastern Virginia cities and counties we represent. Work on the HR Green campaign began in July 2010 as we started to consolidate individual programs begun by HRPDC’s HR CLEAN, HR FOG, HR STORM and HR WET committees into one central-focused, regional awareness campaign.
