Thursday is the last day for the elementary school plastic bag recycling competition. All school weights are due by 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 22 (Earth Day).

To date, the schools have collected 10,630.5 pounds of plastic/744,135 plastic bags!
Thank you, kids, parents, teachers, grandparents, and all others for helping to keep all of that plastic out of the environment, farm fields, and landfill.
